  • I can't scan AR flashcards. What could be the problem?
    Make sure your device's camera is functioning correctly and that there is sufficient lighting. If the background is too bright (e.g. white table) this can make it difficult for the camera to scan the card image. Clean the camera lens, and ensure you are holding the device steady while scanning.
  • Why am I not receiving push notifications from Arcademi?
    Check your device settings to ensure notifications are enabled for the Arcademi app.
  • The app is slow or unresponsive. What can I do?
